~ This cause came on to be heard upon Petition for Rule To Sho~r
Cauae filed herein by Tom W. Conely, III, Attorney for Wife, for
~ failure of the Husband, JAMES D. REVELLE, to comply ~vith the pro-
visions.of Paragraph 7 of Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marrisge
entitled ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT COSTS, and the Court having heard
•
the testimony of Petitioner and oi the riusoana, aiiu ~c~r~~ ~
advised in the premises; upon consideration, it is therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Court finds the husband, JAMES D.
; REVELLE, in Contempt of this Court for such conduct;

i It is f~rther ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the said JAMES D. REVELLE,
i -
shall pay to Tom W. Conely, III, as attorney for wife, the sum of
4400.00 as attorney's fee; however, the said JAMES D. REVELLE may
[
purge himself of said contempt by paying the attorney's fee sbove
essessed to Tom W. Conely, III, in weekly pt~yments of $50.00 peir
weelt, beginning December 2, 1974, and a like sum each week thereafter
until payment has been made in full.
