WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County PlanninQ and Zonin9 Comnissl°n
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
~
recommended to the Board of County Coanaissianers of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described request for a change in zoning
classification be GRANTSD, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Coamissioners held a public hear- ~
ing on November 26, 19y4, after first publishing notice ot said
hearing in the News Tribune on November 8, 1974.
NO~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOa.VSD by the Board of County Coenmi s-
