WHERBAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoninq Com~nission
aftet holdinq a public hearing of which due notice was published~
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property

recommended to the Board of County Commi.ssioners of St. Lucie ;
County that the hereinafter described request for a change in
zoning classification be GRANTED, and _ ~
WHSREAS, the Board of County Comaissioners held a public hear-
ing on December 3, 1974, after first pui~3.isning. noLice o= ~aiu ~
hearing in the News Tribune on November 8, 1974. ~
NpW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~.VED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 3rc~ day of
