This cause came on for trial the lst day of November,1974
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and

ORDERED AND.ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. The marriage between GERALD REIDLING and MIAMI

~ REIDLING be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom. ~ ~
2. GERALD REIDLING by appropriate instrwnent shall
convey to MIAMI REIDLING his interest in the marital dwelling
located on Pulitzer Road in St. Lucie County, Florida tQgether
~ with one-half of the 9.65 acres together with the furniture and
~ furnishings now located in said home except the personal effects
~ of GERALD REI~LING, subject to the mortgage now outstanding
thereon.
3. MIAMI REIDLING by appropriate instrument shall
- convey to GERALD REIDLING her interest in the remaining one-half
of the 9.65 acres located on Pulitzer Road in St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
