4. The flowing well located on the 9.65 acres situate .
on Pulitzer Road in St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida ~hall ub~~ by -
each of the parties hereto, which right of use shall continue so
long as title to said property remains in-the names af GERALD
REIDLING or MIAMI REIDLING.
~ 5. GERALD REIDLING shall make the monthly mortgage
payments on the marital dwelling and 9.65 acres located on
Pulitzer Road in St. Lucie County, Florida and the monthly pay-
ments to Sears Roebuck & company for i~he Cilain 3~Ilk iGA4v ar~un~
said property for a period of six months commencinq December 1, -
1974; thereafter MIAMI REIDLING shall be responsible for the
mortqage payments and the installment payments on the chain link
fence. .
6.. The dwellinq jointly owned by the parties hereto
on Copenhaver Road in St. Lucie County, Florida wherein the mother
of GERALD REIDLING resides-shall remain in the joint names of the
parties hereto, subject to the followinq:. the mother of GERALD
, REIDLING has the right to live in said dwelling so lonq as she

~ desires during her natural life and shall pay rent of $65 each

month which sum shall be applied on the mortgage encumbering said
property; that whenever the mother of GERALD REIDLING dies or
moves from said property, whichever event shall first occur, the
property shall be sold for the best price obtainable and the :
net proceeds received from~the sale thereof shall be divided
equally between the two natural daughters of the parties hereto, ~
namely, DEBBIE LYNN REIDLING and VIVIAN DARLENE REIDLING and that
neither of the parties hereto shall be~entitled to or receive
any of the proceeds from such sale. Each of the parties hereto
shall execute any necessary instrument to convey title to said
property to the purchaser. In the event either of the natural
daughters above naraed shall die before the property is sold, then
the entire proceeds from the sale of said property shall go to
the survivor. In the event either of the parties hereto should
