~ Petition for Modification of Final Judginent of GEORGE ARMISTEAD
SMATHERS, Petitioner in this action, demanding an Order amending the
Property Settlement Agreement incorporated in the Final Judgment entered{
~.c~ on September 23, 1971, according to the Amendment of Property Settlement

Agreement dated November 5, 19?4, executed by both parties, and attached
~ ~ to the aforementioned Petition; _
~ The Court finds that it has jurisdiction both of ths subject

matter and of the partiea to this cause; ~

' It further finds that since the entry of the judgment in this ~

` cause, each of the parties has fully complied with his or her obligations

under the Property Settlement Agreement and the Final Judgment of ~
_ September 23, 1971; _
It further finds that the circumstances of the parties have
~ been substantially changed; .
It further finds that both parties consent to the modification
of the Property Settlement Agreement in the Final Judgment as evidenced
~i by Paragraph 6 of the Amendment of Property Settlement Agreement attached

- to Petition;
It is, therefore,
ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment Dissolving Marriage

previously entered in this cause is modified as follows:
