~ The Property Settlement Agreement incorporated in the ~

Final Judgment previously entered in this cause is hereby amended ~
according to the Amendment of Property Settlement Agreement dated ,
Novernber 5, 1974, and executed by both parties in this cause, to wit:
~ l. Paragraph "A" of the Property Settlement Agreement
is amended to read as follows: ~
"A. The Husband agrees to pay $13, 000 to the Wife on
the execution o£ this Agreement and to pay $90, 000 to her
over a three-year period in twelve quarterly installments
of $7, 5Q0. 00 for the period commencing January 1, 1972.
_ and ending October 1, 1974. " -
i~ 2. Paragraph "C" of the Property Settlement Agreement
is amended to read as follows: _
"C. The Husband agrees to transfer, on or before
January 1, 1975, to the Trustees of the Trust to be -
established under a Trust Agreement in the form
- attached hereto as "Exhibit A", the bonds described -
in "Exhibit B" attached hereto. " ^

_ aznended in full to be and read as set forth in ".Annex I" attached to this
Agreement of Amendment.

~ ADJUDGED that all of the other provisions of the Final -
