- This cause having come on for hearing on the Respondent, Leonard -
Appel's Motion for reconsideration and rehearing upon his Motion to Modify
the Final Jud~ment in the above styled cause and this Court having heard the
testimony of the Movant, Leonard Appel, aad testimoqy fro~a the Petitioner .
in the above styled cause, Anna Appel, and given consideration to the
~ evidence presented it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED
1. The Ausband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $ 50. 00 per week

in the manner and method as follows: _
The Husbaad, Leonard Appel, shall assign to the Wife, Anna Appel,

~ the contract for the sale of the inventory and the promissory note securing
the same in the amount of $ 50. 00 per week and sha11 do all things necessary
to effect this conveyance. ~
2. The difference between the ~ 50. 00 per week paid as set forth
above plus aqy Social Security benefits received and the amount of alimoqy
and support as set forth in the Final Judgment heretofore entered in this
cause shall accumulate as arrearage bu~ no action to inforce the payment ~
of this arrearage shall be instituted until such time as the Husband, Leonard
~
, Appel, becomes financiall,y able to pay on this arrearage and fails to do so.
