ORDER FOR MODIFICATION
~ i THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the petitioner's
i .
~motion for modification of the Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage ~ntered in this cause, and the parties having agreed ~
and stipulated to the madification provided for herein as evi-
~denced b the signatures of -both parties' counsel, and the Court
I y

jbeing otherwise adv~sed in the premises, it is hereby
ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriaqe
',~a~~o,-o~ h~ ~t,i c court on the 22nd daY of February, 1974, and _

;incorporating a certain Stipulation, is hereby modified as follows:
; (1) The respondent is ordered to pay to the petitioner th~
i
jswn of $467.00 as the balance on the 1973 Dodge automobile awarded
f ,
I ~to the petitioner in her oriqinal action and for which the respon-
~ ident was to make payments. S.uch amount represents the final pay-
~ iment for said automobile and releases the respondent from his
!obligation thereon.
S (2) The petitioner shall execute a quitclaim deed conveying ~
~ _
f
~her interest in certain jointly held cemetery lots located in
i r
~~Hillcrest Mamorial Gardens. The respondent will pay to the
1' titioner the sum of $470.00 for her interest in said lots.

(3) The petitioner shall be allowed to remove and transfer
I+
~the remains of the couple',s deceased daughter, presently interred
~i
I;in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, and that all expenses incurred in
i~
t~such transfer and reburial shall be borne by the petitioner.

~ (4) It is in the best interest of the minor child, BETTY
!
~LOUISE HARBER, for her permanent custody to be awarded to the
~ ~
