FII~L JUDGMENT CHANGING NAMS
This cause having come on for hearing upon the sworn
petition of RICK SPECTOR for a final judgment changing his name
to RICK S. TUTSILL, and it appearing to the Court that said
petitioner is an actual bona fide resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said petition be and the same _
is hereby granted, and that the name of RICK SPECTOR be and the~
same is hereby changed to RICK S. TUTHILL, by which name said
petitioner shall ever hereafter_be known. ~
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this day of
