upon any other lien or claim, whethec alleged to be superior or junior to the 4en of this
mortgage, the Mortgagee, at its option, immediately or thereafter, may declare thia mort-
gage and the entire indebtedness secured hereby due and payable ferthwith and at its
option may proceed to foreclose thi: mortgage.

damaged through condemnation, the Mortgagee shall have the right to demand that all

secured. . -
11. If a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the mortgaged property, or
any part thereof, without the written cor~sent of the Mortgagee, and without assumption
in regular form of law by the grantee of 4 rt~ ted by said
