This cause came on to be heard upon the Husband's petition for dissolu-;

' tion of marriage between the parties and an answer having heretofore been flled ;
herein on behalf of the Wife and the Court finding that it has jurisdiction of this .
cause and of the parties and having heard all of the testimony of the Husband and the;

witness produced by h.im in his behalf, finds that the marriage bet~ween i~e pa~iic~ ; -
~ is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, a~d it is ihereupon ~

1. That the marriage between OLIVER L. PEACOCK, JR. and ROSEMARI(

parties dated December 6, 1974 and received into evidence is hereby incorporated _ ;

3. The Wife took a voluntary dismissal of.her Counterciaim which had :
~ been filed in this action.
4. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause and the subject matter
herein for the entry of further orders, if necessar~y.
