FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the fth day of December, 1974
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determinesz This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The marriage between PETER M. CIOFFI and KAREN L.
~ CIOFFI be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between-them and from the obligations
f
arising therefrom.
2. Custody of KRISTIN L. CIOFFI, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to KAREN L. CIOFFI with reasonable ,
visitation rights reserved to PETER M. CIOFFI.
~ 3. Commencing Friday, December~6, 1974 PETER M. CIOFFI
shall pay to KAREN L..CIOFFI the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
~ each and every week for the support of the child named above.

~ . Each payment shall bE made to ~he Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to KAREN L. CIOFFI. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
