LUCKHARDT, Husband and - MARY LUCKHARDT, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause coming on to be heard November 22, 1974 and the Court having given:full consideration to the stipulation dictated into the record and all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and : the subject matter of- this.~uit; that the relation of husband , and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon - ~ ~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - . f ; 1. The marriage between ROY E. LUCKHARDT and MARY~ ~ LUCKHARDT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the b0nd~ of matrimony heretofore exi.sting between them and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. ~ . 2. That ROY E.
