~ 4. That MARY LUCKHARDT shall endorse and transfer to

ROY E. LUCRHARDT her interest in stock certificate no. 4 for
80 shares in Luckhardt Construction Co., Inc.
5. That ROY E. LUCRHARDT shall pay to MARY LUCKHARDT
one-half of the 1974 real property taxes on the lands located
in Brevard County Florida hereinabove ordered conveyed to MARY
LUCKHARDT; that MARY LUCRHARDT shall be entitled to collect and
retain all rents and income from said property in Brevard County,
Florida from November 22, 1974 forward and ROY E. LUCKHARDT shall
~ not collect the same or have any interest therein.

~ - 6. The Court determines the sum of $1,850 to be reason-
able,for the services of the attorneys for MARY LUCKHARDT herein
