ROY T. LUCKHARDT is ordered to pay said firm of Willes, Bittan
& Willes said sum together with costs herein assessed at $50.50.
- 7. MARY LUCKHARDT be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of MARY KIT2I and to use the same in all
respects as i~ said marriage had no~ intervened.
8. Each-of the parties is hereby enjoined and re-
strained from interfering with, harassing or annoyinq the other.
9. Jurisdict~.on of this cause and of the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper.
