DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the_~day of December, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds and de~ermines: This Cour-t has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that.the marriage between the ~ i

parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there- a

BROWN, Husband, and PAMELA BROWN, Wife, be, and the.same is hereby ~
dissolved, and the parties and_each of them are hereby forever freed
from the.bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from -
'j the obligations arising therefrom. ~

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRIAN WADE BROWN, minor child of the
i
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved tb the Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the~_day of ,197~/ ,
the Husband shall pay to the Wife, the sum of $ 0~~ each and
every week,_for the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition there is. hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made

~ to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in c~sh, money order or
~ cashier's check. Both-of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
~ of this Court advised of their~"mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
