THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 9th ciay of December,
1974, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and detern:ines: This Court has
~ jurisdiction of the~ parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists betw~een . the parties ; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
f and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ,

~ ; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaas:
. 1. DISSOLUTI0~1 OF MARRiAGE. The marriage between

dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
