DiSSOLUTION OF MARRIAG$

1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence,.finds and determine$: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation - ~
of husband and ~ife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and -
should be dissolved. It is thereupon _ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIE
J. BUSBIN and Et+~tA BUSBIN be and the same is hereby dissolved,~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
E the obliqations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES WILLIAM BUSBIN, minor
~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband~, WILLIE J.
BUSBIN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Wife,
EMMA BUSBIN. . -
3. PROPERTY. The parties to this action own a mobiie
home made by Liberty, and being located at Dixie Auto $ody on North
U. S. Hi h~ta 1 Fort Pierce, Florida, an said mobi~ home is hereby
