DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG~
This cause came on for trial the 9th day of December,
1974, and the Court having given.full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that

should be dissolved. It is thereupon - _

dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY 6ETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.
The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto fs retained for the entry of such further
Orders as may be proper. .
