PROMISSORY NOTE

For value received, Or. Selah Gouda, hereinafter referred to as Debtor,
promises to pay to-BLUE ~OOSE GRf :RS, IlIC., hereinafter referred to as lender,
at 2275 - 20th Street, Vero Beact. Florida~32960, the principal~sum of One Hundred -
Thousand an~ No/100 Dollars (5100,0~0.00) with interest thereon, accrued monthly
at the rate of Ten Percent (lOX) per annum on the unpaid balance fran time to time
remaining.
Prepayment in part or in whole of the prini~ipal sum and accrued interest '
may be made at any time by Debtor without penalty; provided, however, that the
principal sum or any part thereof and any interest accrued thereon whicfi remains
outstanding on July 31, 1975 shall become imnediately due and payable without
notice.
, If any portion af this Note is not paid in full when due, or a proceeding
in bankruptcy, receivership, or insolvency is instituted by or against the under-
~ signed, or the under.signed shall make an assignment for the benefit of creditors, "

and payable at the election of the holder thereof without notice. 7he payment and .
acceptance of any sum or sums at any time o,n account of this Note shall not be a

If this Note is no* paid when due and this Note is placed by the.holder
hereof with an attorney for collection through legal proceedings or otherwise,
the undersigned shail pay a reasonable attorney's fee to such holder, together
v~ith the costs and reasonable expens~s of collection. ~
