1. That she is Secretary-Treasurer of Holiday Out at _
St. Lucie, a-Condominium, a corporation not for profit organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida_and that as
such officer she is duly authorized to make this Claim of Lien.
'2. That the aforesaid corporation is the association
responsible for the operation of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a
Condominium, as provided in the Deciaration of Condominium re-
corded in Official Record Book 168 at page 1348 of the publiC
records of St.~ Lucie County, Florida.
3. That this is a claim of lien for unpaia assessments; .
late charges, and interest on such assessments, as provided by
Section 711.15(4) of the Florida Statutes and Article X of the
aforesaid Declaration of Condominiums upon the folloWing described
