Power & Light Company and its wccessors ar~d ass+9ns an easement fo~ the -oonstruction, operation and main-
tenanoe of elec~tric utility facilities I~~cludin~ wires, poles, guY~ cabfes~ oonduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to ~eoonstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cablQS of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and kaep cl~~ all treesr brush and undergrowth or other obswctions
thet might endange~ or ~nterfere with said facilities, on, wer, upon, ur~, and acxoss my/our p~operty described
as follows; ~ ~
The West 10 feet of Lot 9, Block 5, Unit 8A, LAREWOOD PARR,
accordinq to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 47,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent
