In consideration of the payment to melus by Florida Power & Light Company of a1.00 and other good and
valuat~le consideration which t/we have received, 1lwe and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Fforirla
Power & Light Company and its successor~ and assig~s an easement for the oonstn~ction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstn~ct, improve, add to, change
the size of or ~emove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits; wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, tfim and keep clear all trees, brush and u~dergrowth or other obstn~ctions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/ou~ property described
as follows;
The West 10 feet of Lot 30, Block 4, Unit 8B, LAREWOOD-PARR, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 48, Public Records -
of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
It is the intent that this easement granted herein~be adjacent to and
parallel with the east riqht-of-way line of Emerson Avenue as it now .
