In oonsideration of the payment to me/us by Fiorida Powe~ & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable oonsideratwn which I/we have reoeived, 1/v~a and thoae holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company snd its w~rs a~d assigns an easement for the oor~struction, operation and main-
tenance of elecvic utility facilities (includi~g wires, po~es. 9~Ys, cables. conduits, transformer enciosures and
appurtena~t equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstn~c~t, imp~ove, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; al9o, to cut, t~im bnd keep clea~ all trees,, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, unde~, and across my/our property desc~~bed
