tenance of electric utility facilities (inciuding wires. potes, guYs. cables. conduits, transformer enclosu~es and
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed ~from time to time; with the right to rec~onstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or ~emove such facilities or any of them; to ~iernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
