This cause came on for ~rial the 9th day of December,
974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the

vidence, finds and determines: This Court has ,jurisdiction of
he parties and subject matter af this suit; that the relation
f husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~
arriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
~
e dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ~ {
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~
AVID JOLLY and JUDY JOLLY be and the same is hereby dissolved,
d the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
he bonds of matrimonq heretofore existing between them and from ~
i he obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER JOLLY, minor child o
he parties is hereby awarded to JUDY JOLLY with reasonable
sitation rights reserved to DAVID JOLLY.
3. SUPPORT.- Commnencing the 16th day of December, 1974
AVID JOLLY shall pay Co JUDY JOLLY t~he s~mm of $30.00 each and ever
eek for the support of the child named above. Each payment shall
e made to the Clerk of this Court and by hi.m remitted promptly
o JUDY JOLLY. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the

lerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
ashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep Che Clerk
f this Court advised of their mailing and residence_addresses at
11 times while this order is in effect.
