5. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Court awards to the
fe, JUDY JOLLY, as rehabilitative alimony the sum of $100.00
a moneh for twelve months com~encing January 2, 1975 and it
shall be payable in the same manner as child support set out in
aragraph 3_ above. _
~ 6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
' en~oined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying t~he other. ~
7. FEES AND COSTS. The Court deter_aines the sum of s
$300,00 to be reasonable for the wife's a~torney fo~ his services
erein and DAVID JOLLY is ordered to pay said attorney said sum `
together with costs herein assessed at $30.50 for a total of
$330.50.
8, JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
arties_hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
s may be proper. ~
