THIS CADSE having been heard upon the Wife's motion for tem-
porary support_, suit maney, and attorney's fees, and the Husband,
JACR F'RANRLIN THO~MAS, having been duly notified and appeared and
the Court having cansidered the evidence, it is, ~
ORDERED AND ~!?DJUDGED :
1. The Husband sh~ll pay to t~e Wife the sum of $35.00 a week .
as temporary support pending the final-outcome of this matter. That
sum shall be paid weekly beginning on the 6th day of December, 1974,
and a like sumn each week until further ordered by this Court. All
_ payments after the initial payment,. together with a$1.00 Clerk's
¢ fee, shall be made to the Clerk of this Court, by cash, money order
~
or cashi.er's check. The Clerk shall promptly remit said payment to
pAULINE THOi~AS. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised
of their mailing and resident addresses at all times.
2. T6at the issue of suit money and temporary attorney's fees
shall be reserved for a later disposition by this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida, this day of
