~and the Court having heard the testimony of the petitioner and ~
~her witness, and having considered evidence, and being otherwise
~fully advised in the premises, the Court finds and decides as
ifollows:

j (1) This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject

~t (2) The marriage between petitioner, JEWELI. DUP'F. and
,~respondent, JAIrII:S T. DUFF, is dissolved because it is irretriev-
ken .

~ ithe parties. DIANNA RELLY DOFF, age four (4) yeara, is granted

j~to the petitivner, subject to the respondent's reasonable visi-
tation riqhts.

(4) The respondent shall pay to the~petitioner as support

~jfor the minor child of the parties the monthly sum of One 8vuidrsd
~ ~~Fifty and 00/100ths (5150.00) Dollars to the Clerk of this Court
!for distribution to the petitioner. In addition, the respondent
~shall pay to the Clerk an additional $1.00 as Court costs. Said
