OF CHANGE IN CORPORIITE TITLE
I, Bi~ly B. Boyette, as Secretary of Freedom Federal
Savings and Loan Association C~ormerly First F`ecieral Savings
and Loan Association of Tampa), a corporation organized and
existing under the lativs of the United States of America,
whose principal place of business is S00 Franklin Street,
Tampa, Florida 33602, hereby certify the following:
~ 1. That on August 27, 1974, at a duly called and
noticed special meeting of the members of First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Tampa the
following resolution was unanimously adopted: ~
RESOLVED, That, subject to the approval of
the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the members
hereby a:n~nd Section I of the Charter of this
association to read as follows:
"1. Corporate Title ~ The full corporate
title of the Federal association hereby
~ chartered is:
FREEDOM FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
• ASSOCIATION."
2. That the Federal Home Loan Bank Board by a letter
_ dated September 4, 1974, approved the change in
corporate title of said corporation from First _
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Tampa to
~ Freedom Federal Savings and Loan Association, as
- of August 27, 1974,~a true copy of said letter
}ieing hereto attached and made a par~ hereof by ;
reference. - ~
f _ 3. That I am the duly elected, qualified and acting
