This cause came on for Crial this, ~1~,_day of
December, 1974, and the Court, having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
. has jurisdiction over the parties and the sub3ect matter
of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties should be dissolved.
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.- The marriage between
~ COSTA APOSTOLOPOULOS and EILEEN G. APOSTOLOPOULOS be in

~ the same is hereby dissolved. and the parties and each

of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT• Tt?e Stipulation
entered into evidence by the Petitioner as Exhibit A is
hereby incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment
and the parties are ordered to abide by it.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction is retained

over the parties for the entry of further Orders of Court
