RESTRAILJING ORDER ,
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoining
the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using physical violence
or harming the Wife, and the Court being fully advised in the pre-
mises, it is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
l. That the Husband, THOMAS JOSEPH DONAHUE, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
using physical violente or harming the Wife.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
; are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be nec-

essary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order without
further Order of this Court. ~
