This cause came on to be heard on December 6, 1974 on the
Motions of~the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Wi.lles to hold the
Husband in contempt for his failure to make the payments due
for attorneys' fees pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in
the above entitled cause and the Final Judgment entered in Case .
No: 67-39 in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida
wherein Billy Wayne Childress was Husband and Pauline Dziak

behalf of the.parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
E 1. The Husband, Billy W. Childress, is in arrears in

~ his payments to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, 201
South 2nd Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida,in the total sum of $42$
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above entitled
cause and the Final Judgment entered in Case No. 67-39 in the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Court determines the Husband to be in contempt
of this Court for his failure to make the payments as set out in
paragraph 1 above.
3. The Husband may purge himself of his contempt by
paying~to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of
$150 on January 15, 1975,.a like swn of $150 on February 15,
1975,-and the balance of $148 on March 15, 1975 as payment in
~
full of said arrearage.
