DOUGLAS, Wife ' FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 12th day of December, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, _ finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of,this suit; that the relation of husband and . wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between _ the parties is irretrievably~broken and should be dissolved. ~t is, thereupon ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between RONALD L. DOUGLAS and JANET E. . i ~ i DOUGLAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and : each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri- ~ ~ mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ . arising therefrom. 2. Custody of RICHARD ALTON DOUGLAS, minor child of ~ the parties, is hereby awarded to JANET E. DOUGLAS with reason- ~ t able visitation rights reserved to RONALD L. DOUGLAS. , ' RONALD L. DOUGLAS shall have the right to have the minor child visit and be with him every other Sunday from 9:30 ~ a.m. until 5:00 p.m., commencing December 14, 1974, until RONALD ' L. DOUGLAS secures a suitable home in which to live and in which to keep the minor child during visitation periods; then RONALD L. DOUGLAS shall have the minor child from 6:00 p.m. on Friday until 6:00 p.m. on the following Sunday, every other weekend. During the times RONALD L.
