further to offer save a copy of a deed showing the New Jersey property
to be owned jointly by the parties and same beinq admitted into
evidence, upon consideration it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

All that tract or parcel of land and premises, situate,
lying and being in the Borouqh of Northvale in the County
of Bergen and State of New Jersey, iaore.particularly
described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly
side of Livingston Street distant one hundred forty-eight
k and five-tenths (148.5) feet southerly from the corner
[ formed by the intersection of the westerly line of Living-
E ston Street and the southerly line of Paris Avenue and
~ - running from thence (1) Westerly at right angles to Living-
ston Street one hundr~d-(100) feet to a stake, thence (2)
southerly parallel with Livingston Street fifty (50) feet
to a stake, thence (3) Easterly at riqht angles to Living-
ston Street one hundred (100) feet to the Westerly line of -
Livingston Street, thence (4) Northerly along the westerly
