THIS MATTER came on to be heard on December 6, 1974,
upon Petition for Temparary Relief by ROBSRT E. ADAMS. the Court
having heard testimony and argument of cownsel and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon, i
ORDERUD AND ADJUDGED as follows:

any withdrawals on any.and all of their joint accounts at banking ~
and savings institutions until further Order of this Court.
~ SARAH CALIiOUN ADAMS i.s hereby ordered to refund to ROBERT E.
' ADAMS one-half of -any monies withdrawn by her from such accounts,

s{ particularly a savings account jointly held by the parties at

First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Indian River County. ~
2. gARAH ~p,LHpUN p~pAMS is hereby enjoined and restrained
from removing any personal property of the parties from Indian
River County, Florida, until further Order of this Court. '
3. Both parties are mutually enjoined and restrained
from harassing, bothering, annoying or interfering with each
other.
