That he is President of KICLITER ENTERPRISES, INC., a
Florida corpo=ation, and that he is authorized and empowered to make
this affidavit for and on b~alf of such corporation.
Affiant further says that Kicliter Enterprises, Inc. is
- engaged in a'business enterprise under the fictitious name of
LANCE IAUNGE & LIQUORS located at Searstown Shopping Center, ~
South U. S. Highway No. l, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida; ~
that Ricliter Enterprises, Inc..is the only par~y interested in said
enterprise and the extent of the interest of said Ricliter Enterprises, ~
