In the event that the mortgagors default in any payment or
condition stipulated in any prior mortqage for a period of sixty
days, or in the event of any default in a prior mortqage so as to-
cause such prior mortqaqe to be accelerated and become due and pay-
able during the continuance of th3s mortgaqe, then the entire swas
secured by this mortgage shall become due and payable at the option
~ of the mortgagee._
