RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PREMISES

THIS INDENTURE, made the ay of /~0 U P/~ Q~~' •
nineteen hundred and seventy-four BETWEEN Homer Hoyt ~nd Certrude Hoyt,
party of the first part, and Warren A. McFadden, partyof the second part, °

WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the holder of the following mortgage
and note secured thereby:
Note dated the lst day of September, 1~72 made by Warren A. McFadden to
Homer Hoyt and Gertrude Hoyt in the principal sum of $1, 901, 5~1. 75, ~
secured by a mortgage of even date therewith and recorded in O. R. Book 206,
Page 1179 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, covering certain lands
and tenements, of which the lands hereinafter described are a part thereof, -

WHEREAS, the party of the first part, at the request of the party of the second ~
part, has agreed to give up and surrender the lands hereinafter described unto f
the party of the second part, and to hold and retain the reaidue of the mortgaged • '
lands as security for the money remaining due on said mortgage, ~
NOW THbS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the part of .the first part, in pur-
surance of said agreeinent and in consideration of $486, 092. 36
lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does grant,
