property and effects mentioned in the first paragraph
of this Order, and are restrained until further order ~
of this Court from in amy way interfering with Receiver
or with any of the property ordered delivered to Receiver.

E. LINEBERGER and its servants, a~ents and employees
are ordered to deliver to Receiver all keys or combinations
to locks required to open or gain access to any of the
~ property or effects and all money in any bank, deposited

~ to the credit of Defendant. or any money or things of
value of Defendant, wherever situated.
4. Receiver is suthorized to pay the mortgage .
and taxes on the propertq as they come due and to pay
normal maintenance charges as he deems necessary. He
shall be at liberty to apply to this Court at any time
during the pendency of this action for further directions.
5. Receiver may appoint such agents ~s are necessary ~
to take charge of the property described above, always

~ subject to the approval of the Court.
6, Any claimant cla3ming a specific lien on
anq of the property mentioned above maq applq to this
Court upon proper notice for release of the property
ANDERSON from the possession and control of Che Receiver.
