O R D E R
THIS CAUSE havinq come on to be heard on Decea~ber 9,
~ 1974, upon a Motion for Enforcement of child support filed
by the former wife, as well as a Count~er-Petition for
Visitation rights filed by the former husband, auid the Court
having taken testimony, received evidence, and give~
consideration to argwne~t of counsel, and havinq been
othezwise fully advised in the premises, it is, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followss

E (1) That the former husband is in arrears in child .
f
` support payments since August 20, 1974, in the total sum of
$ 480 . 00 , .
(2) That the former husband is found to be in contempt
but may purge himself without further sanction by paying the
sum of-$40.00 per week toward support of the minor children
of the parties, the first payment to be made by no later than
December 16, 1974. This Order provides for an additional
payment of $10.00 weekly to be ap.plied toward the balance
- ~ due and awing on back support payments, and that vrhen said
~ -
arrears are paid in full, support payments shall revert to
~ the original swn of 530.00 per week. All payments shall be
