The Defendant, FORT PIEI~CE I''ARMS WATER MANAGSMENT DISTRICT, ~
by and through its undersigned attorneys, hereby moves the Court,
pursuant to the provisions of F.S. S74.071, for an order directing
that the sum of money set forth in the amended declaration of taking
filed herein for Parcels 110 and 803 in the amounts respectively
of $5,200.00 and $1,125.00 be paid forthwith to this defendant
from the money deposited in the reqistry of the Court by the .
; plaintiff Department -of Transportation.
