THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing u~n mc3tian af th~
plaintiff, through cownsel, for the appofntment of an attorney and
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in
the military services of the United States, minor defendants and
also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
m~tion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises~ it is, thereupon, ~
