This cause came on for final hearinq on December 16,
1974, upon Petition for Dissoiution of Marriaqe, and a default
having been reqularly entered by the Clerk of this Court on ~

~ 1. MARRIAGE: The parties were married on October 6,
1966, in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
2. RESIDENCY: Petitioner is a bona fide resident of
and has continuously lived in St. Lucie County, Florida, for
more than six months prior to the com~nencement of this action.
3. PROCBSS: The Respondent was personally served
with process on November 15, 1974, and a default was properly
entered by this Clerk against the Respondent.
4. JQRISDICTION: The~Court has jurisdiction over
the parties in the subject_matter of this action.
5. CHILDREN: One chiZd was bom of this marriage,
THOMAS SHARREY,JR., a male, age seven (7).
6. CUSTODY: Both parties are fit parents, but the
mother is the proper person to have the care, custod.y and
control of the above named minor child, and the father should
