DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS ~
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 16th day of December, A. D.,
1974, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
°the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists betweeri the parties; and that the
marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERBD AND ADJWGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOffiJ
CHARLES ROENIG and DESIREE WEBBER ROENIG be~and.the same is hereby

; dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed fraa the bonds of matrimony heretofore existinq between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAI:VING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
~joined and restrained from interfering with, harassinq or annoyinq
tbe other.
3. JIIRISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
