FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE •
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 16th day of December, A. D.,
1974, and the Court havin~ given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation -

of hsuband and wife now exists between ~ the parties; cu~u i.~~o~ -
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon, _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
i 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DAVID
P
~ ALLEN WOOD and CAROL DEVINE W'OOD be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRIAN LEE WOOD, a minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to CAROL DEVINE WOOD with reason-
able visitation rights reserved to DAVID ALLEN WOOD•
3. SUPPORT: Coramencing the day of ~ .
1974, DAVID ALLEN WOOD shall pay to CAROL DEVINE WOOD the sum of

$20.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named
above, continuing until the child reaches majority.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~
by him remitted promptly to CAROL DEVINE WOOD. In addition there !
