such officer ahe is duly authorized to make this Ciaim of.Lien.
2. That the aforesaid corporation is the association
responsible for the operatfon of Holiday Out at St. Lucie~ a
Condominium, as pro~vided in the Declaration of Condominium re-
corded in Official Record Book 168 at page 1348 of the pubiic
records of St. I,ucie County~ Florida. -
3. That this is a claim of lien for unpaid assessments, ~
late charges, and interest on such aesessments, as provided bp
Section 711.15 (4) of the Florida Statutes and Article X of the
aforesaid Declaration of Condominiuna, upon the folla~ring described
lot of Holidap Out at St. Lucie, a Condominiwa, according to the ~
Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 168
at page 1348 of the pubifc records of St. Lucie Countp, Florida.
