THIS CAUSE came on to be heard December -
12th, 1974, upon a petition filed by the wife for
temporary relief, and both parties having appeared with _
their respective counsel and~the court after hearing ,
arguments by the parties, it is thereupon
ORDERID AND AI~TUDGED :
_ 1. That temporary exclusive possession of the
home owned by the parties and located at 2706 Juanita ~
~ ~ Avenue, Fort Pierce~, Florida, is hereby granted to tne
i , ~ husband. ~
2, .That the husband shall pay to the wife
~ one-half of the proceeds of the savings account which were
- withdrawn from the joint savings account of the parties, ~
, ~
~ said proceeds shall be paid by a certified che.ck or a money ~
order. -
3. The husband shall pay al1 household expenses
and other bills in which the parties are 3ointly obligated

! to pay and shall keep all payments current. ~
