1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its suocessors or assigns, shall noiity

cesso*s or assigns, may undertake eollection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, fogeiher wiih all costs ot collection including a reasonable attomey's tee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPURATION may, in additicxi to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
